First "IronWind 70.3 by Triterra" triathlon race in Azerbaijan.
We are delighted to inform you of the beginning of registration for the First in Azerbaijan triathlon race "IronWind 70.3 by Triterra" which will be held on July 3d of this year on the territory of Nerekend Park, located on the island of Pirallahi (Nərəkənd İstirahət Mərkəzi).
We wish to remind you that "IronWind 70.3" is half the total distance of the Ironman, and consists of 3 phases: swimming 1.9 km, cycling 90km, running- 21.1 km.
Applications in both individual and relay race standings are accepted. Relay can consist of 2 or 3 members.
To register, you are requested to visit the site of the Triathlon Federation:
www.triathlon.az.
All participants will be awarded medals and backpacks.
The winners and prize-winners in the absolute among men and women will be awarded money prizes:
1st place – AZN 2 000.00
2nd place – AZN 1 000.00
3rd place – AZN 500.00
The cost of participation in the individual standings AZN 90, in relay - AZN 150.
We would like to remind that IronWind is the locally prototype of the famous IronMan race.
